Amsterdam sells its museum tickets online with a time on them and nothing at the door. These 15 cover the Van Gogh Museum, the Rijksmuseum and the smaller houses, priced, timed and paired with the canal boats where it makes sense.
Enter Amsterdam’s Van Gogh Museum at a time you choose and follow the artist’s life through more than 200 paintings, 500 drawings, and 750 letters. You can wander independently or add an audio guide in 11 languages. Allow at least 1.5 hours, and book early for quieter morning access.

At Ripley’s Believe It or Not! Amsterdam, you’ll see Guinness World Records, strange objects, optical illusions, interactive games, and a 7-meter robot made from car parts. Take your time through the museum, then relax in the 500-square-meter lounge with views over Dam Square.
