“It took us a minute to get the hang of the Audi guide but once we did it was great! We could listen or read and look, all at the same time. We could replay as well as skip ahead depending on our time and interests. Having the site and the museum tour was perfect! And we were so hot after touring the site that the museum was a nice cool down. We’ll book more tours with this group!”

“Amazing place to visit, loads of interesting stuff but to do it justice you needs a good 4 hours at least. It is a mentally exhausting place to take in all the info. It’s good to combine this with a visit to Pompei they complement each other well. It can be walked from cruise port which is what I did.”

7.National Archaeological Museum audio guide

★★★★★★★★★★4.0 · 155 reviews · 3 hours · from $4Best value

Use the ITGUIDES app for a three-hour, self-guided visit to Naples National Archaeological Museum. In English, Italian, French, German, or Spanish, you get audio, photos, descriptions, and a map covering 85 important works. Buy the museum ticket separately and download everything before arrival.

“Really complete. I had been 2 years ago and had taken the audio guide from the ticket office, but it was really bad, boring and with little information, so I looked for a different product. This one is completely better, it has at least double the audio of the one in the ticket office, it is organized following the various collections and it is very up to date. It also has the recently opened part of Campania Romana. My advice to make the most of it is to buy it at least the day before the visit and start studying the museum because it is huge.”
