“This Tour noted in its itinerary that there would be no more than 30 adults on the bus. There were 44 adults on the bus. we were promised an English speaking guide, but our guide hadn’t spoken English in three years and struggled to communicate with us and had to organize 43 people. He was a sweet man but It was very difficult to understand him . Frida Kahlo museum was lovely. The bus driver was very good, but he left us off in Chinatown due to traffic and that was another experience. The floating gardens were hysterical. They were more like floating, bumper, boats or rafts. The river was…”

“We were really looking forward to this tour as it was advertised as an English tour with an archeologist. We arrived on time yet it was another half hour before the guide handed out headphones, signed up more tourists to take the tour etc. While the guide seemed knowledgable he was very hard to understand. We spent another 1 1/2 after the tour going back and looking at things to try to get a sense of the time frame of each of the exhibit halls and to learn more. I would not recommend this tour.”

Francisco was a great tour guide— he was very informative, you could tell he had done a lot of research on Mayan culture. He was also very funny, he offered to take a lot of pictures of everyone, and he made sure we had cold water whenever we needed it, as well as trips to the bathroom, stops for snacks, etc. I have been on a lot of excursions, and Francisco was the best tour guide I have ever had, by far.
