At Perlan Museum, you can explore Iceland’s nature under one roof. Walk through a real indoor ice cave, learn how volcanoes and glaciers shape the island, watch the Áróra northern lights show in an 8K planetarium, and finish with wide views from the observation deck.

“Apart from the madness of getting the coach ( there must be a better way). The actual tour was superb. The driver and guide were excellent, Jennifer was knowledgeable and as excited as we all were to see the lights. Although there isn’t a guarantee, the guide has a good idea and within 5 minutes of being in the National Park we stopped and spent 30 minutes watching the lights dance. Then moved onto another site with more lights in the sky. It’s a must do, and I’m not sure that paying more for a smaller tour would be worth it, the lights are there if they are there regardless…”
